Yarn Expo to exhibit latest in Chinese fibre innovation

Four major themed display areas / special zones to highlight

Four major themed display areas / special zones will be introduced in the China Fibre Hall which will explore the latest developments in fabrics. This includes the display area with the theme “Chinese fibre trends 2013 / 2014” which focuses on green, recyclable and low carbon fibres.

The other is the Shenghong cup Chinese fibre innovation display area with the focal theme of “Fibre of the World, Beautiful China”. This area features fabrics, interior textiles, carpets and fashion designs to promote the new fibre design concept of ecological, recycling economy and low-carbon art.

In addition, the chemical fibre regeneration and recycling zone will highlight on the “low carbon and eco-brand”. Exhibitors will present three major regeneration topics in terms of low-carbon lifestyle, green outdoors and environmental protection. High-end products made with recycled fibres for apparel, home textiles, outdoor, automotive, building materials and filter applications, as well as the superior performance of recycled fibre materials, will also be featured at the fair.

Based on the theme “lifestyle of the young generation”, the special zone “New Generation of Polyester Fibres” will feature unified booth designs to display the excellent quality of the new generation of cotton-like polyster fibres, which can also be utilized in wide applications.

The latest collection of yarn and man-made fibres featured across 6,500 sqm of space

Apart from these new elements, Hall 3 will feature a collection of cotton, linen, wool and the latest products from some other Chinese and overseas exhibitors with an open space area for the exchange of industrial knowledge. This year, Yarn Expo Spring is seeing encouraging exhibitor numbers, with nearly 200 exhibitors from seven countries and regions, including China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Singapore and Switzerland confirmed.
