Walmart studying conditions in India

Mr Doug McMillon, CEO Walmart met the Commerce, Industry & Textiles Minister during the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2013, at Davos.
During the meeting, CEO Walmart conveyed that they are studying the conditions in India.
He was assured about the finality of the policy on foreign direct investment (FDI) in multibrand retail trading and the provision of necessary clarifications on the policy, if required.
