Propylene prices surge in Korea; stay steady in Japan

In S E Asian countries, Propylene prices remained unchanged at US$ 1360/ton. In Korea, prices surged by US$ 15/ton to US$ 1290/ton, while they were steady in Japan at US$ 1245/ton. In the Chinese market, prices were assessed at US$ 1300/ton.
In the Western market, Propylene prices remained stable. In the N W European domestic market, prices were assessed at around € 1145/ton, and deals were mainly concluded in the range of € 1135/ton to € 1155/ton. In U.S.A market, selling offers were steady at 56.40 cents/pound.
Acrylonitrile prices were stable in the Asian region. In S E and F E Asian countries, ACN prices were quoted at US$ 2005/ton.
In the Chinese domestic market, ASF and Acrylic Tops prices remained stable at RMB 18050/ton and RMB 19000/ton, respectively.
