MEGlobal May MEG ACP down from April

Monoethylene Glycol producer - MEGlobal announced its Asian Contract Price (ACP) for arrivals in May 2013, which has declined from April ACP.
MEGlobal announced its May ACP at US $1,190 per ton, down $20 from $1,210 per ton ACP in April.
It may be recalled that the ACP for arrivals in May 2012 had stood at $1,120 / ton, which means the prices have risen by $70 / ton in May 2013, when compared with May 2012.
According to MEGlobal, April 2013 ACP reflects the short term supply and demand situation in the Asian market.
