Hyundai Cosmo aromatics plant goes off-stream

South Korea based - Hyundai Cosmo Petrochem has shut its No-1 aromatics plant for a maintenance turnaround.
“The plant was shutdown on April 15, 2013 and is likely to remain off-stream for around one month,” a Hyundai official informed fibre2fashion.
The No-1 aromatics plant, located in Daesan has benzene production capacity of 120,000 mt/year and paraxylene (PX) production capacity of 380,000 mt/year.
