China's Zhili market launches new pattern jacquard fabric

Recently, China Zhili Cotton Fabric Town has launched a new pattern of jacquard fabric for home textiles.
The new fabric uses polyester/cotton yarn 21s + spandex as its main raw material. It consists of 55% cotton, 43% polyester and 2% spandex. It has jacquard texture based on satin variation method, and is made using monochrome jacquard process on jet jacquard weaving machines.
The fabric, after dyeing and finishing process, gets better color fastness, better cotton-like feel, becomes softer and its drape quality improves.
The new fabric has three-fold advantages. It combines soft, smooth, hygroscopic, breathable feathers of cotton, and has stiff, anti-wrinkle, washable and quick drying feathers of polyester. It also has free-stretch function of spandex fabric.
The fabric is 150 cm in width, 200 g/sq m in weight and is currently being sold at 14.00-14.50 yuan/metre in the wholesale market.
