Sun Chemical, will showcase its wide range of Streamline ink systems for the digital printing sector at FESPA 2013, 25-29 June 2013.

On stand B20N Sun Chemical will illustrate its latest aftermarket product, Streamline TX range, a new direct print sublimation textile ink for polyester media for soft signage applications. Tony Cox, Business Manager, Sun Chemical comments: “The general print market is moving to new types of media which are seen as better for the environment. Up until now we’ve been printing onto a variety of PVC based media, but now there is a move towards substrates such as polyester based textile materials which are used for products such as flags, banners and flexible signs. Sun Chemical is currently working on this technology to provide customers with the solutions that they need.”

Improvements to the Streamline ink range will also be demonstrated including the new Streamline Optima HPQ range which has been designed to meet the ever increasing demands and rapid development of the print industry. The Optima HPQ ink system is a solvent based ink for wide format printers, which combines improved head stability and improved colour gamut with significantly improved print performance.

The solvent based Streamline ESL HPQ and Ultima HPQ ranges will also be shown at FESPA. The Streamline ink systems were successfully launched in July 2012, to address the need for reliable aftermarket inks with high print quality and have resulted in a significant uptake in sales leads.

Sun Chemical’s long history as a leader in the of the inkjet market, combined with its unrivalled technical capabilities allows the production of high quality, robust solvent based aftermarket products which have their physical and colour properties equivalent to the original products. These products are supported by reliable technical and engineering support which exceeds customer expectations. Sun Chemical provides customers with what they require as well as insight into new market opportunities.

To see these new products and improvements visitors should join Sun Chemical at FESPA 2013, North Hall, Stand B20N, where Sun Chemical will also highlight its capabilities in the screen and industrial markets.
