The Chinese Sunvim Group, Ltd. produces fluffy towels, high-quality bed linen creations and fabric collections for decorative use – for the domestic market and for export.

The company supplies their collections to buyers from the property sector, such as hotels, but also to end customers. Nearly the entire range of products has been certified in line with the requirements of the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 since 2005.

Largest towel manufacturer in China

The fully integrated operation based in the Shandong province has a total of seven production facilities where around 6,000 employees work in weaving, finishing, processing and garment production.

The products include high-quality terry items such as flannels, bath towels, bath sheets and hand towels for the bathroom sector as well as towel series for use in the kitchen sector. The range is completed by a product family adapted especially to the requirements of children.

The total production capacity of Sunvim is around 3,000 tons of towels per month. The collections under the brand name ‘sunvim’ and ‘Jieyu’ are highly appreciated by a an extensive circle of customers consisting of numerous buyers from the USA, Japan, Europe and China.

Environmentally friendly products

Best possible product quality – that is the claim uncompromisingly implemented by Sunvim. In this context, almost all of the company's products are tested for possible harmful substances in line with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and are therefore proven to be harmless.

Zuohui Tian is convinced that retail partners and consumers appreciate the reliable safety and the comfort particularly in the sector of home textiles: ‘The OEKO-TEX certificates are an additional guarantee of quality for our customers – this label has become indispensable in the international context anyway.’ The extensive quality management in the Sunvim production facilities is certified to the criteria of DIN EN ISO 9001 and includes quality monitoring on all stages of production.

In addition to product quality, Sunvim are also committed to the continuing optimisation of production processes. Efficiency as well as competitiveness have been significantly improved through investments in state-of-the-art production technologies across all stages of production.

‘We see our state-of-the-art machinery as a guarantee for continued quality and flexibility of production,’ says Zuohui Tian. Sunvim are also very intent on carrying out their business activities in harmony with the environment as far as possible.
