High Production Card LC363

Card LC363 / LC361 is configured with distinctive features aimed at increasing the production of upto 120kgs/hr. Card LC363 / LC361 is designed to produce high quality sliver with high production in every variety of cotton and manmade fibre and helps in reducing running costs

- Aluminium alloy flats with Increased no. of revolving flats

- Highest Active Flats Index (AFI)

- Pressure regulated Chute for Uniform feeding

Speed frame LF4200 Series

Speed frame LF4200 Series, with the state of the art technologies and automations has been the forerunner in terms of Length, Technology and automations.

- Spindle speed upto 1500 rpm (Mechanical)

- Auto doffer with provision for bobbin transport system

- 4 segment servo drive

- Individual bobbin tilting

- Detachable Flyer Spindle for removing bobbins midway

Compact Ring frame LRJ 9/AX

The Compact Ring frame LRJ 9 series is a “Hi-Tech, Hi-Quality Suction Compact Spinning System with Ease of Handling”. The Ring frame LRJ 9 is configured with an assemblage of outstanding features of Suction Compacting System, 1632 spindles, 4QM drafting drive arrangement and Unique Suction Arrangement.

Components

Key components and parts exclusive to spinning systems are manufactured in separate business units at LMW. The Original components & parts from LMW ensure quality, performance and more importantly “accurate synchronization with the other machinery parts”.
