ROUSSELET ROBATEL, a French manufacturer of high technology centrifuges, has taken an equity stake in CALLEBAUT DE BLICQUY, a French industry leader recognized for its expertise in dyeing and bleaching equipment for more than 75 years.

This alliance completes the synergies that exist between the two organizations. ROUSSELET ROBATEL and CALLEBAUT DE BLICQUY have been working together for many years to provide customers in the textile industry with complete lines of dyeing and bleaching systems, with cutting edge technological solutions.

Bringing together our expertise and experience accrued over the past 175 years, we have succeeded in developing technologies adapted to the increased demands of the textile industry worldwide. Today, the industry faces increasing constraints stemming from product quality, the need to control production costs, and increasingly stringent environmental requirements.

It is in this context that ROUSSELET and CALLEBAUT unite to offer innovative solutions that enable the industry to reduce environmental impacts, and reduce costs while guaranteeing the highest standards of quality.

Among the latest process installations is the unique, highly efficient process for bleaching loose stock cotton fibers.  Capable of processing 7,500 tons (metric) per year, this facility has proven a comparative savings of 24% totaling $900,000 USD on an annual basis.
