Datacolor, a global leader in color management solutions, today announces the establishment of its direct sales and service organization in Turkey. The base will serve as a customer center, providing resources for service and more direct product information, demonstration and access that will allow customers to be more effective in their color management processes.

By going direct in Turkey, Datacolor is better able to participate in the country’s growing market for key color-related industries such as textile, apparel, pigments, and plastics. The facility will be operated by long-time Turkish partners of Datacolor, who have been serving the region on behalf of the company for more than ten years, to ensure local customers continue to experience the same great service they are accustomed.

“In order to communicate directly with customers and to address the individual requirements of the marketplace, we identified the booming Turkish economy as an ideal market for further expanding our global presence,” said Mark Leuchtmann, CFO of Datacolor. “Our goal is to provide customers with quality products and service across continents and having a direct position in Turkey with dedicated on-site resources allows us to more effectively do so.”

Focusing on solutions for textile, automotive, paint and coatings markets, Datacolor continues to provide manufacturers and other relevant companies with high-quality options for accurate and consistent color including spectrophotometers, light booths, automatic dispensing systems and dye machines. Customers in Turkey will now have additional access to world-class color solutions including tools for color measurement, visualization, formulation, and quality control.
