Trützschler follows rules of Blue Competence

Blue Competence is an initiative of VDMA, the German Engineering Association.The motto is "Creating a better World".

Trützschler was one of the first companies in the textile machinery sector to accept the rules of the initiative, and to live by them:

-Improving the quality of life
-Protecting the environment
-Using energy efficiently
-Preserving resources
 
 What does this mean?

Lower power consumption of machines and installations

-The power consumption for carding has been reduced by 1/3 in the course of 25 years.
-Lower suction pressures reduce the energy consumption of the filters.
-We develop our own drive solutions for even more efficient operation.
 
Less waste in the blow room and on the cards
-Monitoring and optimisation of wast quantity with WASTECONTROL
 
Exhaust air reduction, and thus smaller filter systems
-The air volume is reduced via flow optimised suction systems on all machines.
-During 25 years, the air volume for carding has been cut in half.
 
Longer period of use
-Needle rolls instead of clothing rolls increase the service life tenfold.
-New steel alloys for metallic wires considerably extend the service life.
-In-house developed controls ensure long-term availability of spare parts, and thus a longer period of machine use.
