Clariant India appoints three new directors

Three new Directors were inducted into the Board of Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited, a world leader in specialty chemicals. The three new Directors are Mr. Yezdi H. Malegam, Dr. (Mrs.) Indu Shahani and Mr. B.L. Gaggar. Mr. Gaggar will retain his role as Executive Director-Finance and Company Secretary in the Company.

Mr. R.A. Shah, Chairman-Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited said,“We are very happy to welcome Mr. Malegam, Dr. Shahani and Mr. Gaggar to the Board. Their diverse experiences will help the Board continue steering the Company in India to profitable path for its shareholders and stakeholders. We also would like to convey our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Bansi Mehta and Diwan Arun Nanda, who retired due to personal reasons, for their very valuable contributions to the Board.”
