Jiangsu Sanfangxiang Group to start new PET line this year

Jiangsu Sanfangxiang Group Co. Ltd., located at Zhouzhuang Town, Jiangyin City in Jiangsu Province of the Yangtze Delta, is planning to start a new polyethylene terephthalate (PET) line in later part of the third-quarter of the current year.
To be located in China’s Jiangsu province, the new PET line would have a production capacity of 400,000 mt/year.
Jiangsu Sanfangxiang Group is engaged in manufacturing of polyester fibers and textile, and the production capacity of cut fibers is 800,000 ton/year.
The company presently has 19 PET lines—with six of them being CP (Continuous Polymerization) lines and the other 13 being SSP (Solid State Polymerization) lines—with total production capacity of 1.2 million mt/year.
