The intimate apparel market is evolving at a very fast rate and consumers have become more aware of the global trends and fashions. The evolution of technology focused upon these consumers’ evolving needs has enabled INVISTA to offer appropriate solutions to the industry.

In order to address this changing scenario, Mr Avinash Chandra, Marketing Head – South Asia, INVISTA- South Asia and Mr Varun Kappor, Segment Marketing Manager – INVISTA- South Asia took the audience through “Consumer centric innovations for intimate apparel” in a widely applauded seminar.

Commenting on the event, Avinash said “We are glad to be a part of this unique initiative organized by IAAI. This is a great platform to engage with a pool of leading manufacturers, retail brands & some prominent names of fashion industry.

Our deep understanding of the apparel industry backed by extensive research has helped us in introduction of the innovations that we offer.”

He further added, “Indian male consumer is also becoming increasingly choosy for his underwear and is looking for All Day Comfort. This is the driving force behind LYCRA FREEF!T fabric, which we have launched recently in India and we have received encouraging response from the industry.”

After seeing LYCRA FREEF!T fabric collection developed by INVISTA with PrismKnit Fab (Kolkata), Mr Sunil Pathare, Managing Director, VIP Industries experessed “I am delighted to see the interesting devlopments on men’s underwear through  LYCRA FREEF!T fabric platform.
