Joined by a panel of textile and fashion industry professionals, experts in this new strategic issue, Première Vision is hosting a roundtable discussion dedicated to the theme of responsible textile creation.

Since its founding, Première Vision has been constantly evolving, aiming to showcase textile creativity and innovation while continually adapting to the fashion industry’s constant changes.

Over the past few years, alongside a product’s innovation and creativity, a new value has been added: responsibility.

Aware of this evolution, and seeking to show that responsibility is not incompatible with creativity and technical and technological progress, that it can in fact constitute an actual competitive advantage for the textile sector, Première Vision is voicing its views on this issue.

This conference is organised in collaboration with the Italian forum C.L.A.S.S. (Creativity Lifestyle and Sustainable Synergy), specialised in consulting on sustainable innovation for textiles, fashion and design.

This first event will be the start of a series of actions and meetings on the subject (A second session of the roundtable will be held at Première Vision Shanghai on October 22nd).

A number of prestigious speakers will be taking part in the discussion, moderated by journalist Michael Day (The Independent). They include

• Luca Barneschi, RTW Buy Production Director - GUCCIO GUCCI
• Sass Brown, Writer, researcher & Assistant Dean of the school of Art and Design - F.I.T. New York
• Jonas Eder-Hansen, Program Director, NICE - Nordic Initiative Clean and Ethical
