13 Spanish home textile firms partake at Heimtextil Russia

The 15th edition of the recently concluded Heimtextil Russia, one of the largest international home textile and accessories fair, saw participation of around 13 home textile enterprises from Spain.

The Spanish participation at the three-day fair in Moscow was organized by Home Textiles from Spain and the Department of Foreign Trade Promotion and Textile Entrepreneurs Association of Valencia (ATEVAL), with support from the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX).

According to a statement issued by ICEX, Spanish companies such as Francisco Jover, Olcina de Concentaina, Frau Perez de Alcoy and Visatex de Muro formed part of the 13 companies that participated at the event.

The main objective behind the participation at Heimtextil 2013 was to promote the exports of Spanish home textile products, as the Russian market offers a great opportunity to expand trade through attending these international fairs, the statement added.

The Heimtextil fair is a home textile and accessories exhibition, which is held annually during September in Russia, where leading home textile companies from around the world participate and display collections of various fabrics, wall coverings and other interior decorations.
