Propylene prices plunge in Western markets

In Southeast Asian countries, Propylene prices remained stable and were quoted at US$ 1430/ton. In Korea, prices declined by US$ 5/ton at US$ 1370/ton, while prices remained stable in Japan at US$ 1365/ton. In the Chinese market, prices were assessed at US$ 1445/ton.
In Western markets, the prices of Propylene declined by € 5/ton. In the North West European domestic market, prices were assessed at € 1055/ton, and deals were mainly concluded in the range of € 1045/ton to € 1065/ton. In the US market, selling offers remained unchanged at 56.65 cents/pound.
Acrylonitrile prices remained stable in Asian markets. In Southeast and Far East Asian countries, prices were quoted at US$ 1870/ton and US$ 1865/ton, respectively.
In the Chinese domestic market, ASF and Acrylic Tops prices maintained a steady trend at RMB 18150/ton and RMB 19000/ton, respectively.
