TÜV SÜD inaugurates testing center in Xiamen – China

Faced with such challenges, Chinese textile and footwear manufacturers must understand the updated regulations and standards of importing countries, improve their testing capabilities to reduce export risk, establish quality management systems and implement changes throughout the entire supply chain to develop stronger and trusted Chinese brands.

As an independent third-party technical service organization, TÜV SÜD is able to promote its added value for Chinese textile and footwear products and help manufacturers enter the global market with higher quality standards, bringing advanced concepts from Europe and insights on global standards to China.

TÜV SÜD started its business in China with testing and certification services for export products. Last September, TÜV SÜD also launched a large, extensive testing center in Shanghai, which is one of TÜV SÜD’s most comprehensive testing bases worldwide. With the launch of its new Xiamen testing center, TÜV SÜD will further strengthen its capabilities to support the demands of Chinese consumer goods for entry into the global market.
