Propylene prices dip in Japan; rise in Western markets

In Southeast Asian countries, Propylene prices decreased by US$ 5/ton to US$ 1370/ton. In Korea, Propylene prices remained stable at US$ 1410/ton, while they declined by US$ 10/ton in Japan to US$ 1390/ton. In the Chinese market, prices were assessed at US$ 1470/ton.
In Western markets, Propylene prices increased by € 5/ton. In the North West European domestic market, prices were assessed at € 1035/ton, and deals were mainly concluded in the range of € 1025/ton to € 1045/ton. In the U.S.A. market, selling offers fell to 55.00 cents/pound.
Acrylonitrile prices remained steady in Asian markets. In the Southeast and Far East Asian countries, ACN prices were assessed at US$ 1830/ton and US$ 1845/ton, respectively.
In the Chinese domestic market, ASF and Acrylic Tops prices were stable at RMB 17650/ton and RMB 18500/ton, respectively.
