Propylene prices surge in US market

In S E Asian countries, Propylene prices increased by US$ 5/ton and were quoted at US$ 1375/ton. In Korea and Japan, prices surged up by US$ 15/ton and were assessed at US$ 1425/ton and US$ 1415/ton, respectively. In the Chinese market, prices were quoted at US$ 1495/ton.
In Western markets, Propylene prices maintained a steady trend. In the N W European domestic market, prices were quoted at € 1065/ton, and deals were mainly concluded in the range of € 1055/ton to € 1075/ton. In the US market, selling offers increased at 59.50 cents/pound.
Acrylonitrile prices remained stable in Asian markets. In S E and F E Asian countries, prices were assessed at US$ 1805/ton.
In the Chinese domestic market, prices of ASF and Acrylic Tops remained unchanged at RMB 16900/ton and RMB 17550/ton, respectively.
