According to SOCAR, the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has given a positive reply to the appeal of allotment of land for the construction of the OGPC complex by the company, reports Azerbaijani news agency APA.

SOCAR has been conducting talks for emptying the area with the representatives of Baku Telephone Communication Production Unit of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies, Azersu OSC, Azerigaz and Bakuelekrikshebeke OSC, which currently have communication lines, water pipes and gas pipes passing through the area, and designing measures would be undertaken with these bodies after which construction companies would transfer these lines and pipes.
