15.7% increase in visitors at PERFORMANCE DAYS fair

PERFORMANCE DAYS need not fear any comparisons: The relatively young trade fair, which presents the newest functional fabrics for sports clothing and workwear in Munich, has already established an international reputation.

This is clear from the steady increases in the numbers of both exhibitors and visitors as well as from the opinion survey of the fair that just ended that documents "Best" ratings for satisfaction and information content.

The November trade fair once again confirmed the long lasting and uninterrupted growth trends of PERFORMANCE DAYS. According to organizers, 1020 visitors came to this edition — an increase of 15.7% compared to the previous November — while breaking through the magical thousands boundary!

Fifth hall opened for even more exhibits:

The growth also continues in the number of exhibitors, so that the last available hall at the MTC was needed. For the first time, Hall 5 was opened and was immediately fully booked. The 96 stands with 105 exhibitors (19% more than the previous year) provided an international flair among the exhibitors. A special note: 23% of the exhibitors were returning as "old hands" having participated at least twice before and now, just two weeks after the show, nearly half have already reserved space at the May 2014 edition!

Top ratings for "Satisfaction:"

Best marks for satisfaction: In evaluating the fair, 92% of the exhibitors said they achieved their target objectives, i.e., updating old contacts and making new contacts. Professional visitors also reported a high degree of satisfaction. The representative opinion survey revealed that 70% of the visitors were product managers or designers, 62% of the visitors came to learn more about the new fabrics, and 92% were there to meet with suppliers and update their information. Overall, an impressive 93% of all visitors said all of their trade fair objectives were met!

These positive numbers confirm the trade fair's policy of preparing and presenting goal-oriented information and the latest innovations in a clear and understandable way. Contributing to the implementation of this policy, in addition to the varied and representative mix of exhibitors, is the seasonal trend study made available to visitors at no charge.
