Propylene prices surge in Korea and Japan

In S E Asian countries, Propylene prices maintained a steady trend and were quoted at US$ 1385/ton. In Korea and Japan, prices surged by US$ 5/ton, and were quoted at US$ 1440/ton and US$ 1430/ton, respectively. In the Chinese market, Propylene prices were quoted at US$ 1500/ton.
In Western markets, prices of Propylene increased by € 5/ton. In the N W European domestic market, prices were quoted at € 1095/ton, and deals were mainly concluded in the range of € 1085/ton to € 1105/ton. In the US market, selling offers remained stable and were assessed at 62.65 cents/pound.
Acrylonitrile prices remained unchanged in Asian markets. In S E and F E Asian countries, prices were assessed at US$ 1860/ton.
In the Chinese domestic market, prices of ASF and Acrylic Tops remained stable and were quoted at RMB 16900/ton and RMB 17550/ton, respectively.
