Première Vision reaffirms partnership with Hyères Festival

Actively committed to supporting textile creativity, particularly young design talents, Première Vision has been collaborating since 2011 with the famous Hyères International Festival of Fashion and Photography.

In 2013, the world's premier fabric show strengthened this partnership and reaffirmed its commitment to the Festival by sponsoring the Hyères Grand Jury Prize, accompanied by a 15,000 euro grant and renamed the Première Vision Grand Jury Prize. But Première Vision's involvement doesn't stop there.

Last 22 January, the exceptional jury of the 29th Hyères Festival, presided over by Carol Lim and Humberto Leon, creative directors at Kenzo, selected the 10 competition finalists, coming from 8 countries, who will present their collections next 25 to 28 April at the Villa Noailles.

As a true show of support to young creativity, Première Vision, as it does every year, accompanies these 10 young design talents in their creative process.

This 18 and 19 February, in advance of the next edition of the Festival, the 10 finalists will be welcomed at Première Vision (fabrics and flatbed knits), Modamont (trimmings and components for fashion and design) and Expofil (yarns and fibres). In addition, in a new development this year, the young designers will also be welcomed by selected exhibitors from Zoom, the fashion manufacturing show that has been part of the Première Vision show portfolio since August 2013.

This is a great opportunity for these young fashion designers. Put in direct contact with exhibitors who have volunteered their participation, they receive comprehensive assistance, a privileged access to products and services from the world's best companies to help create their collections, from yarns to fabrics, trimmings and manufacturers.

As part of the company's broad commitment, each season Première Vision also welcomes former Festival winners, who are given a free badge and access to all the Paris shows for the two years following their win.

They may also attend the Trend Vision Paris seminars organised by the Première Vision fashion team. And finally, should they wish, they can from now on benefit from the expertise of the Première Vision teams, who are ready to advise them outside ofthe show periods.
