SSM exhibits new winder for dye packages at ITMACH & DTG

SSM Schärer Schweiter Mettler AG participated at the following exhibitions in winter 2014:

-ITMACH in Bhiwandi, India 22 – 24 January

-DTG in Dhaka, Bangladesh 12 – 15 February

SSM shared the booth with its representatives and other well-known European suppliers. During the show, SSM could meet and discuss with many existing customers and also new, potential customers, showing interest in their products.

Especially the market introduction of the SSM TW2plus-W in India and Bangladesh gained great attention. The TW2plus-W DIGICONE fastflex is a precision package winder for dye packages and rewinding operations.

It allows a high flexibility to produce a made-to-measure cross wound package, thanks to the electronic fastflex yarn laying technology. The ergonomic design and enduring technology, cuts maintenance and service expenses down to a minimum. Improved winding performance and package quality are further generated by digitens, the well-known technology for tension control during winding by SSM.

Besides of the new introduction in the area of Dye Packages / Rewinding machines, SSM could provide solutions in Air Texturing, False Twist Texturing (SSM GIUDICI), Air Covering, Draw Winding, Assembly Winding, Yarn Singeing, Parallel Winding and Sewing Thread Finish Winding.
