28 designers to partake in Bolivia Moda 2014

A total of 28 Bolivian fashion designers would be participating and showcasing their latest collections at the 9^th edition of the Bolivian fashion event ‘Bolivia Moda 2014’, scheduled to be held from May 7 to 10 at the International Pavilion of Fexpocruz fairgrounds in the Bolivian city of Santa Cruz.

Organized by the Pablo Manzoni Modeling Agency, the four-day event aims at showcasing the latest trends in Bolivian fashion, and provides an opportunity for Bolivian designers to present their upcoming collections to domestic as well as international buyers.

At the official presentation of the Bolivia Moda 2014 held recently in Santa Cruz, the agency informed that 28 Bolivian designers would be presenting their collections during the show through 40 gateway shows.

Nationally renowned designers such as Papingo Maminga, Sofia Pacheco, Miguel Escalante, Raquel Barahona, Claudia Mercado, Marcelo Rojas, Ericka Weise, Ericka Suarez, Ariel Canido, Edita Vojtkova, Mariana Carranza and Narcisa would also be participating in the four-day event.

The 9^th edition of Bolivia Moda would also feature a special presentation from eight Argentinean designers who would be partaking in the event under the aegis of the Argentine Consulate in Santa Cruz.
