Organized by the Export Promotion Council of Synthetic and Rayon Textiles of India (SRTEPC), with the support of Indian Embassy in Lima and the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL), the two-day event aims to provide an opportunity to Indian entrepreneurs to establish trade contacts with Peruvian textile and apparel enterprises.
Around 11 textile and apparel firms from India would be participating in the conference and displaying their various products such as yarns, fabrics, suits, shirts and more.
According to SRTEPC, the garment industry in Peru is growing strongly and consequently there is great interest in furthering trade relations between India and Peru, especially in the apparel sector.
Exhibitors at the event would be showcasing various products such as polyester yarn, viscose yarn, organic cotton yarn, acrylic yarn, polyester threads, viscose threads, cotton fabrics, polyester fabrics, linen fabrics and more, during the two-day event.
