The 12th edition of PERFORMANCE DAYS is scheduled for May 2014. As expected from this innovative and dedicated trade show, the program once again includes many new highlights.

Five completely sold out exhibit halls wait for their visitors, who can expect to find many of the world's top quality manufacturers as well as the latest textile innovations and an all-round informative program. It is safe to say that this trade show will not only have a record number of exhibitors, but will also set new records in the service categories.

As the most important trade show for functional fabrics and materials, PERFORMANCE DAYS has become a real visitor magnet. The 12th edition of this relatively new format on May 13-14, 2014 once again features highlights that are certain to surprise visitors.

Not only will there be more exhibitors than ever before, the professional information provided at the trade show and the visit planning tools are also unmatched.

This is the reason why both visitors and exhibitors alike always have the highest praise for the service quality of this trade show. Nowhere else can the visitors work so efficiently and effectively, learn so much about the latest functional trends, and find so many top quality manufacturers all in one place as they can during these two days at Munich's MTC, Bldg #1.

The Exhibitors: Record numbers and Market Relevance

More exhibitors than ever before, namely 108 companies are presenting their functional fabrics and accessories for Winter 2015/16 and - earlier than any other venue - the first highlights for Summer 2016. A new record of 103 exhibit stands was set, which marks a healthy 23.2% increase over the previous year!

The distribution is truly international with exhibitors representing 17 countries from around the world. 54.9 % of the companies have their headquarters in Europe and other western countries (12 countries), 45.1 % come from Asia (5 countries).

PERFORMANCE DAYS provides several useful tools to help you find a suitable business partner or the appropriate material required for the functional range from the large selection of high quality exhibits.

One of the absolute highlights of the trade show is again the PERFORMANCE FORUM, where every season's new fabrics are presented by category. This is where professionals can quickly get an overview of the latest trends and tendencies. Every fabric is labeled with a QR code to provide all of the important information. Furthermore, there is free admission on both days of the trade show to 10 expert talks where trends are discussed in detail. A detailed schedule of events is provided on the website.

In the keynote address on the first day of the show, professional journalist Ulrike Arlt presents the major functional topics for Winter 2015/16 in addition to the initial tendencies for Summer 2016.
