Fabric finishing specialist Biancalani partakes at ITMA

Italy-based textile fabric finishing specialist Biancalani is participating at ITMA ASIA being held in Shanghai – China in Hall E/7 Stall no D/02.
 
Among the various finishing technologies that Biancalani manufactures and markets are –
 
Airo:
The machine for washing, drying and softening any kind of fabric in rope form, that – since its first introduction in 1985 – is setting the standard for textile finishing, with the exclusive “AIRO (AIRO Hand)”. It is available in two or four channels (AIRO DUE or AIRO QUATTRO) with washing capabilities or drying-only. Loading capacity is up to 600 m/channel, processing speed is up to 1000 m/min and has a drying capacity of up to 350 kg/h.
 
Airo 24:
The new and original high-efficiency dryer for continuous and open-width tumbling treatments of woven, non woven and knitted fabrics. A high quality finishing style which has no equal in the world. The Airo 24 has production speed of up to 50 m/min, processing speed of up to 2500 m/min (93 mph or 150 km/h), 500 kg/h evaporation capacity (up to 750 kg/h) and working widths up to 360 cm
 
Milla:
From the tradition and Italian expertise of wool processing, the state-of-the-art combined washing and milling machine that efficiently delivers quality results. In short, milling made easy. The cylinders are available with oak plugs or are rubber-coated and in configurations of two or four milling channels (MILLA DUE or MILLA QUATTRO) and has a processing speed of up to 500 m/min, with average loading capacity of 100 kg/channel.
 
Brio:
The new drying machine for knitted fabric that is designed to ensure perfect results with the highest degree of dimensional stability. Introducing the concept of active relaxation, BRIO delivers higher stability figures than traditional drum tumblers, with the undisputable advantages of a flat, tensionless process, performed in semi-open width. It is available in two or three streams of knits in semi-open mode, works efficiently with fabric in tubular and also open form, is friction-free for pilling-free treatments and has a loading capacity up to 100 kg of wet knits.
