Superba to showcase latest range of machines at ITMA ASIA

SUPERBA S.A.S headquartered in France and a global leader in continuous heat-setting process with saturated steam of BCF carpet yarns, spun and woolen blends is exhibiting at ITMA ASIA in hall W-3 stall no. G-01.

For this ITMA-ASIA, SUPERBA will have a new type of booth where they will demonstrate some interesting products of their know-how, like the TEP3 pneumatic tightening head of their TVP3, or the MF400 freezing box for a new kind of texturized yarn for carpet.

This new patented version of the well-known MF4 machine provides a new freeze effect of a very high evenness, with an adjustable undulation from a very light to very strong effect on a layer up to 72 ends.

One of the other areas of development and style renewal in the carpet field is “Space-dyeing”. The space-dyeing technique developed by SUPERBA advantageously replaces the old methods of Knit-Deknit bringing high productivity gains and cost savings through a continuous process from bobbin to bobbin.

SUPERBA has mastered this dyeing technique and is the only manufacturer to develop a machine capable of carrying out with 8 colors a range of spot lengths from a few centimeters to tens of meters through the use of patented ultra-fast linear piezo-electric actuators.

A new type of dyeing box capable of handling up to 72 simultaneous ends will also be shown at ITMA ASIA. Other new developments from SUPERBA are samples of carpet in polyester, polyamide or polypropylene as well as artificial turf samples achieved with yarn produced on the GTS-Greentex texturing machine.
