Rope dyeing machine maker Brazzoli partakes at ITMA ASIA

Italy based fabric rope dyeing technology specialist – Brazzoli is exhibiting its range of machinery at ITMA ASIA beginning from June 16, 2014 in hall E-7 booth no. G-02.

With 50 years of specific experience in the textile sector, Brazzoli is globally recognized as the leading manufacturer of dyeing machines, with high technological content, for the treatment of fabrics in rope form.

Among the various machines on offer from Brazzoli are –

1) Innotwin HT:

With Innotwin, Brazzoli S.p.A. deploys a technology that permits their machines to save energy and to consequently further reduce production costs. The Twin Technology applied to the Brazzoli machines allows for a further widening of the range of articles that can undergo dyeing with round machines, including some very delicate fabrics that up to now could only be processed with horizontal machines.

2) Innoecology HT:

Innoecology is an eco-machine that cuts energy consumption while optimizing the receipt more effectively than any other dyeing machine. Its production costs and environmental impact are currently the lowest on the market. Innoecology is the technological evolution of Innoflow Exl and it reduces by a further point the bath rate with respect to the latter, while bringing it up to 1:3,7 on basic cotton fibers according to the absorption ratio and further lowering it for synthetic fibers.

3) Innolab:

The new Innolab machines, completely re-designed, have the peculiarity to process with bath ratios that are identical to those of the production machines (Innodye, Multiflow, Innoflow, and Innoecology). This solves the main reason for the non-repeatability between the sampling and the production machines. The machines are available with a nominal loading capacity from 5-15-25-50-100-150kg.

4) Twinsplit:

To complete the double rope processing with an Innoecology machine, after two ropes are unloaded which come from the same basket, one needs to separate them. Should such an operation be carried out manually, it would take a long time and would definitely make the double rope dyeing system less profitable. To solve such an expensive rope separation, Brazzoli has realized a special supporting machine called Twin Split.

5) Innoflow Exl HT:

Innoflow Exl creates a new kinetic molecular exchange with the translational motion of the treatment bath; a unique hydrokinetic concept never previously considered in the industrial dyeing treatment process. Innoflow Exl with this new bath translational motion application interacts directly on the hydrodynamic limit layer, decreasing considerably the speed difference between the fabric and the treatment bath.
