6) Wash / Dye Units:

These are available in capacities of 750 to 5000 Liters and are offered in working widths between 1200 to 3200 mm and material used to construct them are SS 304/316.

7) Vertical / Horizontal Drying Range:

Cylinder dryers are efficient & cheapest system for fabric drying with energy saving, since it is direct contact drying. Cylinder dryers are designed for single or double end fabric, running side by side for getting higher production. High efficient drying capacity is ensured at higher temperature working.

8) Steamers for CDR / CBR:

These are available with either a horizontal or vertical passage, tight strand fabric guiding / roller bed, heated steamer roof, steam sealed passage to next unit avoids pollution of atmosphere, crease-free yarn sheet / fabric entry & delivery efficient & quick heating of the yarn sheet / fabric.

9) Wash Tanks / Guide Rollers

These are made of stainless steel and are light weight rollers for lowest possible fabric tension, for which less torque is required. It is offered in working width of 1200 to 3200 mm and construction material is SS 304/316
