Finishing technology & software maker Enmos shows at ITMA

A technology provider which includes equipments, machinery and also software to the textile finishing sector, Turkey based Enmos is exhibiting its various products at ITMA ASIA being held in Shanghai from June 16-20, 2014 in hall N-5, stall no. A-04. 
 
Enmos has divided its vast range in to eight product groups.
 
1) Textile Finishing: 
a) 8 models in fabric dyeing.
b) 7 models in piece fabric dyeing.
c) 7 models in yarn and hank dyeing 
d) 3 models in sample dyeing
e) 4 models in laboratory dyeing.
 
2) Textile Washing: 
a) 2 models in laundry.
b) 4 models in textile finishing
 
3) Textile Drying:
a) 3 models in laundry drying
b) 3 models in textile drying
 
4) Sensors:
a) 5 models in Hydrostatic level sensors for electrical panels.
b) 5 models in Hydrostatic level sensors for tanks
 
5) Software:
a) Focus B1
b) Focus Enterprise
c) Focus Lite
d) Focus Finishing
e) SPM Simplex Project Manager
f) PPM Profix Project Manager
g) Retmon DCIM
 
6) Mechatronics:
a) Chemical Dispensing Automation
b) Salt-Soda Ash Dispensing Automation
c) Powder Dyestuff Dissolving and Dispensing
d) Powder Dyestuff Weighing and Storing Automation
 
7) System Automation:
Enmos provides systems automation needs using PLC and SCADA systems. Easy and reliable production and management in industry is possible by basically the correct operation of the process and checking every step of the process. While planning such a process, Enmos System Automation solutions will be the best assistant for a more controlled and quality production with less manpower. Our systems can be arranged as adapted to any facility and any specific needs thanks to their vendor-independent hardware structure and PC-based open software architecture. 
 
8) Data Collecting and Monitoring:
The basic functions of Enmos Data Collecting systems are Automatic Data Collection, Online Monitoring, Stop Analysis Reports, Production Reports, Alarm Management, Asset Management, Energy Monitoring and Capacity Utilization. Work based production quantities are taken from the ERP through a two-way communication with ERP and the information collected at Enmos system are transferred back to the ERP as production and quality values . Structure of communication and information may vary depending on the business requirements and the installation of ERP. Integration can be achieved with a lot of ERP and management software.
