Kústers Calico manufactures and installs the most affordable and excellent textile processing machines. Its solutions in each case, is a testimony of its expertise in process know how, design, manufacturing and installation. Kústers Calico was established in 1997 as a Joint Venture of Eduard Kusters Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG (EKK) of Germany and Calico Industrial Engineers (Calico) of India. Presently it is a group company of JAGENBERG AG, a strategic holding company from Germany and is built up on an area of 9000 sq. mts of manufacturing space.
Its engineers have received special training from EKK on all the machines over the years and are sent for regular skill up-gradation programs. All its departments are equipped to meet the complete requirements of the customer.
Regular quality checks of the components at each stage ensure accuracy and reliability of the final product. A highly trained and dedicated installation team completes the erection and commissioning to the complete satisfaction of the customers.
During the last 15 years, it has supplied state-of-the-art machines to several reputed textile mills in India. such as Arvind Mills, Premier Mills, NSL Textiles, Dinesh Mills, Lovely Fabrics, S. Kumar's, Bombay Dyeing, Raymond Ltd, Century Textiles, Bhilwara, Soma Textiles, Hanung Textile, Asarwa Mills, LNJ Denim and many more.
Kusters Calico has also exported machines to Turkey, China, Brazil, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Argentina and other countries.
