Spinning testing instrument maker Premier exhibits at ITMA

Premier Evolvics Pvt. Ltd, a fast emerging India-based leader in the field of quality testing, yarn clearing, contamination sorter and online monitoring and services for the worldwide textile spinning industry is exhibiting its range at ITMA ASIA in hall W-2 stall no. D-01.

Premier offers products in fibre testing, yarn testing, contamination solutions and individual spindle monitoring.

Premier has a strong focus on research and development and works with several cutting edge technologies to offer technologically superior products to its customers. Premier offers several unique products and solutions to the textile industry.

Premier is the only comprehensive solution provider for contamination with a technology called ‘iQON’, a new standard in foreign fibre and white pp clearing.

‘ClassiQON’ is a new classification standard with foreign fibre and white PP classes and the ‘iQUBE’ contamination sorter, specifically designed for all plastics including strings to be connected directly to the final beater at the end of blow room line.

Another product is the ‘Ultimo’, the ultimate monitoring solution for ring spinning machines to optimize energy, man power, productivity and quality with individual sensor for each spindle. By embracing new technologies, Ultimo sends instant signal within a second from each spindle and adopts Wi-Fi technology for secured transmission with ease of installation and practically zero maintenance.
