Roller coverings producer A.Piovan partakes at ITMA ASIA

Set up way back in 1979, A.Piovan Srl, an Italy based manufacturer of rubber and other roller coverings for the textile and other industries is exhibiting its range at the ongoing ITMA ASIA being held in Shanghai from June 16-20 at Hall E-7 and booth E-11.
 
A.Piovan Srl offers a huge range of roller coverings like –
 
Rubber Rollers:
Since 1979, A.Piovan is making rubber roller coverings with different kind of elastomers. The experience developed in these years in many industrial fields allows it to offer a fully tested and absolutely reliable product.
 
Polyurethane Rubber Coverings:
In the last few years, polyurethane has increased its importance in the field of roller coverings because it definitely gives better performance in some specific applications. The company makes use of best machinery and raw materials and thereby offers to his customers polyurethane rubber coverings with rotating system with an assurance of excellent standard of quality.
 
Metal Rollers:
A.Piovan supplies customized metal rollers based on customer requirements. 
 
Polyurethane Belts:
Its polyurethane heat-sealing belts give a concrete answer to various problems of transport and transmission. These belts guarantee elasticity without lengthening, softness of working, excellent abrasion resistance and stain proof protection.
 
Pre-Shrinking Belt:
Based on both experience and specific research, A.Piovan supported by laboratory simulations and by performance inspections in textile companies, it has come up with the “Pre-Shrinking Rubber Belt”. 
 
Silicon Conveyor Belt:
A.Piovan produces silicon conveyor belt for film application on leather and textile with non-sticky silicon covering that allows it to obtain absolute non-stickiness with every kind of film, excellent centering even under high working pressure and since the covering is tear resistant it can be used on high pressure machineries.
 
Apart from the above, A.Piovan also manufactures Setting-out Machinery Sleeves, Rubber Sleeves, Coiler Sleeve and Inserts for Flashing Machines.
