MEG trends stable in US & Europe, rise in Asia last week

Firm market outlook and strong buying sentiments pushed up prices of MEG (Mono Ethylene Glycol) in the Asian market in week ending June 28.
During last week, average prices increased by 1% in S E Asia to US$ 1015/ton as compared to US$ 1005/ton in the previous week ending June 21.
In the Chinese market, average prices went up by 1.52% to US$ 1005/ton as compared to US$ 990/ton in the previous week.
In Europe and US, average prices stayed stable at US$ 805/ton and 45 cents/pound respectively in the week under review.
