Nylstar to show 'Meryl Sublime 44f96' yarn at Interfilière

One of the most important products Nylstar has introduced in the Intimates Market recently is Meryl Sublime that will be showcased this weekend at Interfilière Paris. This new microfiber has been made with the finest filaments ever produced: they can be as thin as 0,45 Dtex per Filament, providing a high level of ultimate comfort.

Drying this extremely fine fiber requires a delicate process, and the key is in the design of its spinnerets, that gives each minuscule fiber its form and its specific performance characteristics. The work of combining all the variables is still performed largely by hand.

This fiber was for the first time introduced in 2013, becoming only in 2014 one of the selected fibers by ISPO Munich. Meryl Sublime possesses a unique silky touch yet it is a performance fiber. It is the most exquisite flat multi-microfiber that consumers will find in the intimates market.

Beyond its finest filaments ever produced, Meryl Sublime can be provided in 10 different dope dyed colors: Black, White, Grey, Ivory, Biscotti, Stock Blue, Rouge Pink, Flame, Camel and Deep Sky Blue.
