One of the most important products Nylstar has introduced in the Intimates Market recently is Meryl Sublime that will be showcased this weekend at Interfilière Paris. This new microfiber has been made with the finest filaments ever produced: they can be as thin as 0,45 Dtex per Filament, providing a high level of ultimate comfort.

Drying this extremely fine fiber requires a delicate process, and the key is in the design of its spinnerets, that gives each minuscule fiber its form and its specific performance characteristics. The work of combining all the variables is still performed largely by hand.

This fiber was for the first time introduced in 2013, becoming only in 2014 one of the selected fibers by ISPO Munich. Meryl Sublime possesses a unique silky touch yet it is a performance fiber. It is the most exquisite flat multi-microfiber that consumers will find in the intimates market.

Beyond its finest filaments ever produced, Meryl Sublime can be provided in 10 different dope dyed colors: Black, White, Grey, Ivory, Biscotti, Stock Blue, Rouge Pink, Flame, Camel and Deep Sky Blue.

Naiara Garcia, Intimates and Swimwear Category Manager at Meryl has stated that "the feedback received about Meryl Sublime among Intimates and Swimwear brands has been very positive. Meryl Sublime is most appreciated for its super soft silky touch, one of the many qualities of this performance fiber." Naiara will be presenting Meryl Sublime at Interfilière Fibers Conference next 7th July at 11 am.

Meryl Sublime offers fabrics with special properties:
Multifilament Comfort: Meryl Sublime has been made with the finest filaments ever produced; they can be as thin as 0.45 DPF, providing a high level of ultimate comfort.
Freshness: Meryl Sublime quickly draws perspiration away from the skin to the exterior of the fabric for evaporation.
Lightness: 10 Km of Meryl Sublime can be as light as 26 grams, providing extremely light and comfortable fabrics.
No pilling: Thanks to the twisting process, fabrics made with Meryl Sublime avoid pilling effects without giving up softness. Up to 24 twist per meter.
