CPC Corp shuts No. 4 naphtha cracker for maintenance

CPC Corporation, Taiwan’s state-owned petrochemical corporation, has shut its No. 4 naphtha cracker for maintenance turnaround.
“The cracker was shut on July 2, 2014, and is likely to remain off-stream for around ten days,” a company official told fibre2fashion.
The cracker is located in Linyuan, Taiwan, and has an ethylene production capacity of 385,000 mt/year.
