NITRA to offer distance learning textile programs

Every year in the month August NITRA offers a bouquet of intensive manpower training programs on distance learning mode to help the aspiring and existing textile & garment industry professionals.

The programs enable them to update their knowledge at par with the fast changing technology and business environment and help them contribute more to the organization they are working in. In order to refrain from disturbing the regular work schedule of working professionals, classes are held on 2nd and 4th Sundays. The programs are designed to give equal exposure to classroom training and shop floor/lab based practical classes.

The programs are also open to sponsored candidates as companies can get their workforce trained at NITRA. This is an investment worth making as employees can deliver better and contribute more to the organization after completing the training at NITRA. However the employees can also enroll themselves individually in the programs in order to enrich their knowledge and pursue career enhancement.

In this context, it is worth mentioning that NITRA alumnus, both regular and DLP, have already made significant contribution to various Indian textile & garment units and units located abroad over the last nine years.
