Last week, European benzene prices were spotted in the range of US$ 1395-1415/ton FOB Rotterdam as compared to US$ 1405-1440/ton in its previous week.
Prices slipped further this week to US$ 1370/ton on August 27 from US$ 1395/ton on August 25.
US benzene trends were assessed in the range of 480-495 cents/gallon FOB US last week, as compared to 490-510 cents/gallon in its previous week.
Prices continued to decline and were in the range of 470-475 cents/gallon on August 27 as compared to 480-485 cents/gallon on August 25.
