Weak demand keeps Chinese ASF USD market stable last week

Acrylic staple fibre (ASF) trends in the USD China market continued to show weak performance in the week ending Oct 2. However prices remained stable due to subdued demand from downstream buyers.
In the China USD market, ASF 3.0 Den was quoted around US$ 2.44 - 2.48/kg and ASF 1.5 Den was assessed at US$ 2.49 - 2.53/kg.
Spot prices of ASF 1.5 Den were around RMB 18,000-18,400/ton, while spot ASF 3.0 Den was offered at RMB 17,900-18,350/ton.
Majority of acrylic staple fibre suppliers kept offers stable during the week under review.
