Weak upstream pulls down European & US benzene trends

Benzene prices declined in Europe & US on Monday, 13th Oct due to weak upstream energy prices in the region.
In Europe, prices went down by US$ 50/ton and were assessed at US$ 1240/ton on Monday, as compared to last Friday (10th Oct), a decrease of 3.88 percent.
In US too, prices slipped by 16 cents/gallon or 3.88 percent and were quoted at 396 cents/gallon on 13th Oct versus on 10th Oct.
