European & US benzene prices down due to weak upstream

European and US benzene prices descended on Wednesday (15th Oct) due to weak upstream energy prices in the region.
In Europe, benzene prices declined by US$ 15/ton or 1.26 percent from 14th Oct and were assessed at US$ 1175/ton on 14th Oct.
In US, prices went down by 13 cents/gallon and were quoted at 383 cents/gallon on Wednesday, as compared to Tuesday, a decrease of 3.28 percent.
In Europe, benzene prices declined by US$ 15/ton or 1.26 percent from 14th Oct and were assessed at US$ 1175/ton on 14th Oct.
