European & US benzene trends sink last week

In the last week ending Oct 31, benzene prices plunge sank down in Europe & US from weak upstream energy prices in the region.
European average benzene prices plunged by US$ 55/ton or a massive 4.40 percent and were quoted at US$ 1195/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week ending Oct 24.
In US, average benzene prices descended by 10 cents/gallon and were assessed at 380 cents/gallon in the last week, down 2.56 percent from its previous week.
