European ethylene prices stay flat & fall in US last week

Despite bearish buying trend in the region, ethylene prices kept stable in Europe in the last week ending Nov 8, while they dipped in the US from weak product demand.
In Europe, average ethylene prices kept steady and were quoted at US$ 1180/ton last week, as compared to its previous week ending Nov 1.
In the US market, average prices went down steeply by 3 cents/pound and were assessed at 55 cents/pound last week, down 5.17 percent from its previous week prices.
