Chinese nylon filament yarn market stays steady last week

During last week ending Nov 29, in the Chinese domestic and nylon filament yarn prices continued to maintain a soft appearance and prices remained stable due to subdued demand.
Prices were unchanged as downstream buyers showed limited buying indications last week.
In the Chinese domestic market, among major varieties, average prices for FDY 70 Den/24 F were around RMB 21,700-21,800/ton.
Mainstream prices for POY 86 Den/24 F were around RMB 20,000-22,000/ton and DTY 70 Den/24 F semi-dull was traded in a price range of RMB 22,000-24,000/ton in the Chinese domestic market.
However, they went down in the Chinese USD export market. Prices of FDY 70 Den/12 F dipped and were offered around US$ 3.53-3.57/kg FOB N E Asia.
