Asian MEG prices expand from strong buying this week

Asian MEG prices expanded this week ending Jan 23 from strong buying sentiments in the region, while higher prices of other polyester feedstock too supported the price rise.
In India, prices which were quoted at US$ 725/ton on Monday (Jan 19), went up by 2.07 per cent during the week and were assessed at US$ 740/ton on Jan 23.
In China, prices which were assessed at US$ 715-720/ton on Jan 19 too grew during the week and were assessed at US$ 735/ton on Jan 22.
In India, prices which were quoted at US$ 725/ton on Monday (Jan 19), went up by 2.07 per cent during the week and were assessed at US$ 740/ton on Jan 23.
In China, prices which were assessed at US$ 715-720/ton on Jan 19 too grew during the week and were assessed at US$ 735/ton on Jan 22.
