Ethylene prices up in Europe last week, stay stable in US

Ethylene prices were up in Europe in the last week ending Jan 30 from optimistic market fundamentals.
In Europe, average prices mounted by € 15/ton or 2.17 per cent and were quoted at € 705/ton last week, as compared to its previous week.
In US, due to correction in feedstock prices, average prices stayed stable from its previous week and were assessed at 35 cents/pound last week.
